Upon successful order registration, the customer shall be asked for an address, which the customer may then provide to DakPets as a delivery address when purchasing Products. Such Products are to be subsequently delivered by us to the address designated by the customer ("Shipment Address").

All Shipment Addresses once confirmed on the site are final and may not be varied. 

Shipments will be delivered to the Shipment Address, to your nominated recipient.

If the recipient refuses delivery or the recipient cannot be reasonably identified or located, we shall use as efforts to return the Shipment to DakPets at the customer's cost, failing which the Shipment may be released, disposed of or sold by us without incurring any liability whatsoever to customer or anyone else.

We will make every reasonable effort to ship out the parcel as quickly as possible and we are not liable for any damages or loss caused by delays.

We are not responsible for any errors by the merchants in fulfilment of orders or otherwise. User will have to make arrangements with the merchants for any returns, refunds or exchange of items directly in accordance with the merchant's terms and policies.

For orders to be returned to merchant, you must first pay for the return charges to the merchant.

We reserve the right to amend, vary, delete or add to these Terms of use from time to time without notice, and the amended terms of use shall apply with immediate effect. The invalidity or unenforceable of any provision shall not affect any other part of these Terms. We are not liable for any delays, loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to any act or omission by a person not employed or contracted by us; Acts of God; earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, pandemics, "Force Majeure" e.g. war, plane crash or embargo; riot or civil commotion; industrial action; and electrical or magnetic damage to, or erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings.

Kindly pay attention to shipping time lines as some orders and or products can take up to 30 days shipping (from date of order). No refunds will be issued until the shipping time line of has expired.
